I recently called LPR to fix a problem with my roof. The experience was really a good one. They called back promptly to schedule a visit and came when they said they would. Val explained everything and answered all my questions readily . The work was done promptly and professionally. After the recent wind storm, aluminum capping was ripped off the edge of the roof. I didn't hesitate to call LPR again . This demonstrates my satisfaction with the company. The response was prompt. Repair and clean up was done efficiently Excellent customer service was provided.
