Consider using someone else before giving Carries Fence the opportunity to give you false promises. They changed my installation date twice, then installed the wrong fence; side by side and not shadowbox. They initially gave me resistance to correcting their mistake, but after some discussion they agreed to fix the mistake. Clearly a breakdown in communication within the company. After completing the job there were a few issues we requested to be addressed. I spoke with Debby at their office who promised me these would all be corrected immediately. The workers never showed, no calls from Debby or the office to reschedule or communicate their plan. Once they received our check things continued to get worse. Debby and Bob Coleman both retracted their promises and communication became non existent. We continue to have exposed nails which is not only a structural concern, but a safety concern for our small children and dogs. I would strongly consider giving another local company your business before placing your trust in Carries Fence company.

My experience with Carrie's Fence has unfortunately not been the best. They were polite and did show up for two different measurement/estimate appointments over a 12 month time frame. However, I never did receive estimates for either visit to my residence. I would not have cared if I had all the free time or if I was retired, but I had to take off work to make both appointments. I even called several times confirming my e-mail address with them and asked them for the quote. I never received the quotes or a courtesy call that they did not want the job. I would not waste my time with them and I would go to one of the larger fence companies for the job, since they do the estimates on site during the actual appointment.
