If I could give no stars I would! I would not recommend him to anyone. Gary came to do a fence for me and did not hold up to what he said then charged extra to do what he said he would do in the first place. He left tags on all the wood like the gentleman below me said and also littered my yard with papers, tags and trash not to mention all the cigarette buds. Then he took left over powdered cement and threw it behind my fence as trash. I called him and told him I was not happy about that and to his credit he did come pick it up and fix the door to my gate that fell off the NEXT DAY after he finished the fence smh. He only fixed it and answered the phone because he had to pick up the other half of his check that day from me. Not even a month after the job was complete the top part of the Charleston fence began to warp in a few places. Some of the wood even making a U! it bent that bad! I called him and told him if he would repair it I told him no rush when he finishes his job come over trying to be nice. After not showing up for a month I kept calling him and he finally answered and he had the nerve to say you said no rush so I didn’t rush. Come on dude a month had went by. He would say that he was coming and wouldn’t show. 3.5 MONTHS LATER he finally showed up and fixed the wood and told me he would come back in a couple days to stain the wood. Once again a no show he never came back I called him multiple times but no answer. Now i have a mismatched fence from the new wood that was placed to fixed the warped wood. He should have stained the new wood because that’s how it was before not to mention I paid him a few hundred dollars more to even stain my fence. My fence is also showing nails and the wood is cut uneven. Just a horrible job! Please people do yourself a favor and learn from my review and the last review and do not trust him to do your job or trust him with your money! Never trust a guy that writes his own self a review talking about how great of a job he did and that he would hire himself back! Just look at the first review and you’ll see that it’s him talking about himself. I wish o could leave zero stars

No stars. Gary Putti the owner of the business, came to my house to install railings above my front steps. Upon leaving the job I had Corners that were not flush the railing was separated where you could see Nails in between the boards, he did not measure to bottom boards evenly so just tacked on a block to the end of one, he exposed dead sides of wood, and used chewed up splintered wood that he did not send or finish in any way. There were also nails that was sticking out of the wood, and one that did not go into the wood and was sticking out at a 90 degree angle. Seeing that this was not quality work, I looked further and found garbage thrown in my bushes that was not cleaned up from the materials, and tags left on the bottom of every post that was used. I tried to contact Gary and after 2 weeks with no response I contacted porch.com. Only then did I hear back from Gary who said he would come and fix any problems I had. Almost three weeks after that, Gary told me he was going to come to the house to repair anything I needed fixed, saying he was 20 minutes away. He never showed, and then told me he fixed the nail that was a problem. I explained to him that there was far more than a nail that was a problem and the nail in question was still there. I was home, my dog's never barked, he did not come to my house. When he did finally show up at the house one morning he repaired some of the problems that I had told him about, and now left the bottom post of the railing with connecting Nails exposed, and I sent him pictures of cracks that were forming in the posts that he used concrete to secure at the bottom of the steps. When he offered to come again and fix the issues I told him this was not a big enough job that should require three visits to get right. Especially things that should have been done right the first time. He then told me he would give me a refund in 30 days. Today is 30 days with no refund, and no response from Gary. This work was done around April 28th I'm still dealing with it today on May 22nd. I would not recommend Gary to do any work on anyone's house, and he is a blemish on the reputation of porch.com. I will gladly show pictures of the work, or screenshots of the conversations upon request

Well only after a year the privacy fence was put up, I now have 6 panels worth that have fell over into the back yard and another rotten post on the other side. Use cheep materials I guess. Have been trying to reach him since March 2020 to get repaired, NO REPLY!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
