The Ed Moore Company Inc

Ed did a great work installing my doors. The install was clean and finished on time. However, Ed took it upon himself to add several up-charges to the install that he did not inform me of. We discussed a certain price before the job started, and the invoice was actually double what I expected. Ed charged one price for the door exchange and then on top of that, he charged for labor, and in addition, he charged for the door and parts. There are several lines on the invoice noting additional labor charges and again....he charged $500 separately per door exchange. Overall, I feel as though Ed took advantage of me and I unfortunately cannot recommend him for future jobs.
