We are certified residential contractors license by the state of Florida license number CRC 132887. Having the expertise and knowledge to build new homes, renovate homes, repair homes. Whether it was damaged by storm, water, fire or simply a desired renovation or addition. Project services provided cover the following; door and window replacement, wood rot replacement, framing, deck, concrete, kitchen and bath remodeling, partial or whole house renovation, room additions and new house construction.

Our HOA (I am the President and Project point person) hired Carl Lilivois, DACOM Construction, for a major renovation of the entire east walls of our ocean-facing Condo buildings . This was an involved project including removal of concrete decks, sealing up the east elevation to solve water intrusion issues and then rebuilding deck to new specs with better support system. DACOM has done their part admirably. Things were done impeccably to plan. All has received positive endorsement of town building inspector and project engineer. Carl has done his best to get the different subcontractors here to do their parts in a timely fashion. We look forward to a great result in the near future, we are coming down the home stretch. Please contrast this review to a previous one by a tenant (not a part of our HOA) the accuracy of which we question having heard nothing from this person before this review.

This company will not work with me, a 7 time combat veteran retired US Marine on the remodel of my bathroom. They refused to work with the Veterans Administration ADA home improvement program...
