We hired Waldhauer and sons pool to build our pool and 8 months after meeting with them on site to discuss the pool design, we had to cancel the contract because they couldn't even get a permit correctly. After cancelling the contract, they chose to keep $95% of our down payment (~$8000), for their troubles. I should sue them for breach of contract and my pain and suffering of dozens of phone calls about the status of the project. We started working with them when we signed a contract on building a new house. The house is now completed and they hadn't even completed the permitting..... Avoid these people if you have any sanity
