Complete Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating

My experience began weeks ago with Fidelity Warranty company assigning Complete Comfort Air Conditioning to my work order. First of all let me make it clear that my a/c would have been fixed the same day they came (the FIRST business day after calling Fidelity) if Fidelity had made the parts available! I’ve had Fidelity for 10 years on three different homes and they are ALWAYS slow. Fidelity ,( Not Complete Comfort) ordered the wrong part 3 times! It took a week each time to start the process again for ordering the part! Fidelity did NOT care, but Complete Comfort (specifically Eduardo the manager did!) Eduardo called me daily for a month! Most of time to report he and the parts distributor were STILL waiting for Fidelity’s purchase order! Eduardo was able to convince his Distributors to order the part PRIOR to the purchase order release because of his relationships with his distributors. If Eduardo had not faithfully called Fidelity EVERY business day for the last month, I’d be waiting another month for a/c!! Regarding the last negative review from “Frank”. My guess is Eduardo ( who is the office manager, not a technician) went to this customers house to try to figure out the problem because his technicians were booked for days or possibly weeks before they could come. That’s what you get sometimes for trying to help people! I’ve met Eduardo, he’s come to my home, he is a contractor who CARES! 4.7 rating with 168 reviews in a companies FIRST year of business!! I’m personally not too worried about a couple unreasonable peoples reviews who would NEVER be happy! Thanks again for all your efforts and your technicians as well. Best Regards Pat F.

They sent a complete incompetent technician (may be named Edwardo) who could not figure out why there was no electricity to the unit, he left and said that I needed an electrician. Turns out the compressor had a short that tripped the circuit breaker every time the unit was turned on. You are better off to call any body else than Complete Comfort Air Conditioning if you want your job done by a professional.
