| Three story paradise | Oct 2011 | Nice couple moves into a beautiful home in Palm Harbor area, but finds the AV system is not on a par with their new home. Attic Rat to the rescue! The previous AV contractor had done what most AV contractors do - took a great deal of money from the previous owner and provided a poorly designed system that never did function well or easily. We removed the gear that didn't work for the application and added items to get everything integrated properly. Superior speakers and superior placement thereof solved acoustic issues in the main living area. A remote that offers "activity" buttons makes the primary system a breeze to operate and has s proper "zone 2" element for listening to music from the iPad outside. Attic Rat mounted five displays and placed all of the supporting gear - cable boxes, BRPs, receivers, etc - all out of sight with devices that allow the remote to be pointed at the display and still operate the gear in closets and cabinets. Moral of the story - do your homework when selecting any contractor - especially in the AV world. Attic Rat is a licensed master communication contractor with a 20-year spotless record. BBB says we are A rated.
