Jaime was very professional, completed the work very quickly and within the time he said he would. He has very good pricing. However, his estimate pricing is only valid for "5 days", even though this is never stated (verbally or in writing). So if you are getting multiple quotes from contractors, or something happens out of your control (ie. hurricane matthew preparations/evacuation), get ready to pay more than originally estimated. If you plan on acting quickly though, he is a great guy to get it done. And it looks great!
