When I called to make an appointment and schedule the service, Mason contacted me to talk about the job. He graciously let me know that I could order a free warranty replacement part via Moen and could save about $80 on parts. Even though they were due to come out that morning for the appointment, they moved the date while I ordered the Moen replacement part. Today they came out to install the part and they were on time, efficient, and skilled. I would highly recommend this company to others.
