This man put an improper construction lien on my house because I would not let him continue his unprofessional conduct. In the state of Nebraska, the consumer does not get to contest an improper lien in order to show evidence to defend themselves, unless it formally goes to court. So a shady contractor is then able to have this attached to the home, even if it is unjust and false information. He continues to make threats and attempt to manipulate, a year past what was supposed to be an easy installation of my new roof. CONSUMER, BEWARE

After only allowing him to finish half the job due to price gouging and manipulation, this man hired an attorney to continue to harass me for money and THEN John Allman filed an improper construction lien on my house because I would not let him continue this unprofessional conduct.
