The state of the art equipment was fantastic limiting the dust, the hand scraping and the daily clean up was certainly unexpected, arriving promptly was a bonus as well, but your focus and efforts to get it just right was the deal breaker! Your team’s tireless attention and their patience as we worked through the many stain, color and finish options was so appreciated. Then there was the additional flooring installation….having the new wood brought to our home in advance to assure it acclimated…who knew?? Thank you all. Our floors and stairs look and feel fantastic and bring an entirely new look to our contemporary home. We love it all…and all of you.
