Purpose of Pro clean: Dog hairs from previous tenant. Carpets cleaned: 10 x18 living room, 3x4 hallway and 8 x 10 bedroom carpet. Total cost: 116.78 w/tax. Discrepancy: Dog hairs and dirty sticky stuff still on carpet. Called again. 2nd Appt: Came 30 minutes late so didn't expect them. Then at the rescheduled appointment they showed up an 1hr 30 mins early w/o notice to spite me. Very childish stuff. Honestly wouldn't have mattered as much if the dog hairs and sticky stuff were cleaned up. I checked... and it was not. Not even bothering calling again. What a headache.
