Later CDR and Associates started the construction on our new house, a 948 sf. secondary residence with a two car attached garage for the mother-in-law. I was impressed with his skill and knowledge, a major problem came up and Mr. Roberts and his team was the only one to discover it; the grade on the lot so bad it would have flooded the house every time it rained. They preformed the additional grading and irrigation all of which have been done in a timely and professional manner within budget. We hired a friend of the family to do an addition on our house, well everything that could go wrong DID. Clinton and Stanley form CDR and SAW construction came in as total professionals and saved our home and sanity. They had to totally rebuild the addition from the ground.
