Once the contractor gets your deposit, he make excuses to not start the job and unwilling to refund deposit. No communication until night before start date job and reschedule day of job to push another third date. Excuses from forecast which it did not rain in my location to not having help on hand to do the job then leading to personal matter problems. Luckily I deposit with credit card was able to have them dispute on my behalf. With a quote so low, too good to be true. Do not trust contractor! Avoid at all cost.
