John didn't complete the work stated in the signed contract. Halfway into the project, he stopped answering my text messages and ignored all my calls. He basically ghosted us without any notice or reason as to why he wasn't going to finish the work. He was supposed to bring an inspector to view the work but he never did. I strongly don't recommend working with him or this firm. He is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to clients and their time.
