Mr Rivers asked for half down payment to get started, but before the project even got started the price on his estimate went up another $800. Then it was like pulling teeth to even get them started dropping off a couple of form boards to frame up for a slab for a garage. Days went by then him and another showed up and put three sides up with the building facing the wrong direction. A few more days went by and they came back to fix that problem but still with three sides. Ordered a load of dirt that went from $80 a load to almost $150 I think. Dirt was suppose to be spread by hand and leveled to correct elevation and it was not. Plastic covered dirt with 10x10 chainwalls which were suppose to be 12x12, numerous areas of surface would have been only 1 to 1.5 inches thick if I had not checked. The board put up were not square. Then they never came back after mumbling "I'm not making money on this deal" and then never heard back from him. It was hard to find another concrete guy and got charged more to correct all his mistakes. If you select this guy remember you have been warned. I tried to put no stars or a 1/2 star but it does not allow.

It looks like I'm getting out of the business. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, and dissatisfied customers, I will no longer be doing concrete work. Please find another contractor in the area and stop contacting me about work. Thank you.
