Randy Bonner of AMERICAN PROPERTY RESTORATIONS, INC., came to my home on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 and gave me a quote for a small job ($300). He came out the next day on Thursday and asked me for $100 cash for materials to start the job. On Friday he came back out and asked me for $250 more, cash. I didn't have the cash and he didn't want a check, he ran it through my Pay Pal account. He said it would be right in his account. Before he left I gave him another $40 cash (all of the cash that I had). His wife was really sweet and I really thought that working and talking to her that my job would be complete. Again on Saturday he came back with needing more money for a concert that night. When I told him that I didn't have any money he got visually upset, cursing and upsetting me. I let him put another $150 on my Pay Pal account and he said that he would be back the following week to finish the job. I never saw him again! My husband had passed away in November and I was just trying to get small jobs done. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay someone up front. Only after the job is complete and you are happy. Randy I hope that you sleep well at night..... Taking advantage of people.

Randy & his wife are both a pleasure to do business with. They are always professional, his price was fair and he left nothing questionable in the cost. Anything I had questions about, either him or his wife answered and made certain I understood. Randy's wife did an excellent job communicating with me and was able to accommodate my request for email copies in the way I needed them without any question or hesitation. The paint work turned out absolutely amazing! ! (He assisted me in finding the right color. .once I told him what I wanted, he explained that the shade I had already chosen was not going to look the same and why that was the case, so he actually suggested the color that I went with) The color turned out beautifully, even better than I had originally thought. He was even able to give me a suggestion for a product to use on my back patio & I will be giving him a call to get that done SOON! ! Thank you American Property Restorations, I am a customer from here on! Talk Soon (about that concrete patio job) 😉

Brighton Remodel | Mar 2015 | This remodel project was directly following the sale of the home. Before any of the requested changes began for the new homeowners the entire home had to have existing poly pipe replaced. Upon completion of the plumbing we took on the drywall repairs/replacement found throughout the downstairs walls and ceilings. ( Approx. 60-80 total repairs necessary in order to patch walls and ceilings properly following plumbing replacement) Once that was completed, the remodels for the new homeowners began immediately. Here is a basic list of the work we performed on this job: - Removal of all popcorn ceiling texture throughout home and skim coat all ceilings for smooth or slick finish desired - Full Interior Paint (walls & trim) - New tile floors installed - Repairs and refinishing to all existing hardwood flooring - Remodel to existing fireplace by installation of new stone fireplace with hearthstone - Repairs to existing French doors due to WDO discovery *The biggest challenge we faced on this remodel was keeping the dust under control and the sheer amount we dealt with. Between the excessive amount of drywall patch/repair, Removal of all popcorn ceiling texture (along with prep for slick finish) and the tile installation maintaining control over and removing all dust from this home properly was a challenge to say the least! | $15k | Pensacola, FL
Townhouse- Interior Paint-Repair | Jul 2014 | Townhouse- Interior Paint - Repair work This project was an REO foreclosure. There was a pretty extensive list of repair and installation work. Example list of a few items in our scope of work: -Removal of all existing caulk in 2 bathtub/showers and re-caulk both -Re-plumb all under sink plumbing @ 3 sink areas -Installation of new countertops -Paint all cabinets throughout home -Installation of new sinks and faucets (4) -Installation of new hot water heater with new water-tight whip and disconnect -Installation of several new light fixtures and 3 new ceiling fans -Removal of old appliances and install new (dishwasher, stove, micro hood) -Several areas of drywall repair -Paint full interior (walls, trim, doors) -Installation of 2 sets of new bifold doors ETC... This project was pretty big. Although not difficult, it was detail focused down to the switches and outlets as well as running into 3 unavoidable change orders. But, in the end, we were able to produce the level of quality that we are notorious for . | $7k | Pensacola, FL

Tabor Home Paint Job | Nov 2014 | Simply a cosmetic change. Homeowner purchased home recently and wanted an immediate solution to several areas of the home that, due to the paint/decor, gave an outdated appearance as well as the former paint job quality/coverage was substandard. The homeowner desired a uniform and consistent look throughout home using a 3-tone paint color scheme. The colors chosen (blues), although similar and very close shades, provided a subtle contrast (just enough) and gave the area a much needed update. The original wall paint also had areas where there were different finishes. ( had more shine) . This shiny appearance also caused lighting to reflect off of the walls. The new paint finish (Sherwin Williams Cashmere) immediately softened the entire area, as well as, giving the color more depth! All Trim was done in white allowing for it all to come together with a crisp and clean appearance. The fireplace was added - this is a custom project- a specialty masonry finish. Provided a unique and striking look that really turned out beautiful- Definitely a conversation/show piece for these guys! (All products used were Sherwin Williams products) (Took about 3 days) | Pace, FL
