Remodeling & Construction moran

I had to fire Mario for several reasons. Poor handling of our personal belongings. He left our $5k couch outside for several days while we stayed in our rental house. Other items also damaged. Tile work was not done correctly, one cracked tile and the door thresholds were outside of the room. Painting had streaks in it Used wrong tooling to remove tile as discussed which turned our house into a diaster for weeks. Damaged our new dishwasher and refrigerator with tile removal tolling instead of moving them out of thr way as discussed. Damaged baseboards with tile removal equipment instead of removing them before hand as discussed. Floor prep for the wood flooring was not done correctly. He did not stay on site to manage his crew which lead to many of the issues. Had a 4 year old boy on the job site that wandered around. I was concerned for his safety and my classic cars as he roamed freely in my shop playing with tools etc. I had to politely ask him to stay outside and gave him legos to play with . I had to hire another contractor to remove about 500sq feet of the installed wood floors, prep the flooring correctly and reinstall, also to replace the damaged baseboards and to install the wood 0n the stair casing.
