Whomever Ms. Linda is who works here is very rude and unprofessional. I had a confirmation from whirlpool for a Friday (but she doesn't work for whirlpool she's an independent contractor I was told.) and Ms. Linda called me on Tuesday to inform me that she was assigned my case via whirlpool and all her slots was full, and she wouldn't be able to get me in till next week. When I asked how that was right when I clearly had confirmation she got RUDE and told me "she didn't have to take me and could cancel the apt." Then when I told her I guess I would take Monday since I needed my dishwasher fixed asap! She then proceeded to tell me that she would call me FRIDAY with the time frame. UMM, how am I suppose to plan for someone to be at my house for this technician? She then hung up on me! I called her back and told her she has ZERO customer service etiquette, and I would be calling and complaining to whirlpool about her! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!
