Second floor suite | Sep 2014 | Remodel of second floor: three bed one bath converted into a second floor suite. Suite includes a master bedroom, sitting room, walk in closet, and a 16x20 deck. The house is @100 years old and has strong bones. Although when adding the deck we encountered some issue with the direction of the floor joist, which ran opposite direction for tie-in. This lead to having to remove the interior floor and installing additional structural ties to attach the deck to the exterior. We also cut through the existing brick facade to install a set of French doors. | $32k | Pittsburgh, PA | |
Pennsylvania ave sidewalk pavers | Nov 2015 | Paver sidewalk was pushed up and uneven due to tree root growth. We coordinated with the city to remove the roots. Once the roots were gone we graded and added a concrete base, sand leveling base and installed brick pavers to original beauty | $6k | Pittsburgh, PA |
