Bathroom Remodel: Sarah Street

Sep 2015

As soon as we saw this tiny bathroom, we knew it had big potential! With the use of wood look tiles, serene blue paint, shiny new chrome fixtures, and polished grey shower tiles, we transformed this space into a mini oasis. We also managed to make use of the original bathtub and vanity, updated with a sleek, white vanity top. According to the homeowner's we 'gave them exactly what they wanted, but didn't know they could have', and that's what it's all about!

Bathroom Remodel: Bayard Street

Aug 2015

While this guest bathroom may be small, it makes a big statement. A creme backdrop allows the bold granite and pencil tile accent to stand out, while polished nickel shower fixtures and hardware brighten up the space, both inside the shower and out. A three shade pendant light hangs above a custom beveled mirror, adding to the traditional elegance of the entire bathroom, that is sure to be enjoyed for years to come!

Whole Home Remodel: Mission Street

Apr 2015

With 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths, this spacious home is a must see. The owner, a California resident, has decided to purpose this property as an apartment; the perfect arrangement. The full third floor master suite is equipped with a private tiled shower with glass enclosure, large vanity, and separate toilet area. Carpeting throughout the suite adds to the luxurious feel, and travels into the large walk-in closet. The second floor, comprised of the kitchen/dining room and great room is one large space with so many possibilities. Reclaimed hardwood floors add a rustic touch, and pair perfectly with modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A cantilevered deck extends from the back of this home, so residents and guests can take advantage of the amazing Pittsburgh scenery. The first floor rounds out the residence, with two large bedrooms that share a nicely sized bath. This home had no expense spared and will be a lovely rental for years to come.

Kitchen Remodel: 25th Street

Mar 2015

This exciting and vibrant kitchen belongs to one of our clients who is just as exciting and vibrant, herself! White walls and a light floor allow the bright orange floating shelves, which display some favorite art pieces, to stand out. Exposed wood beams and a single brick wall add great texture to the space, while high ceilings, a skylight, and a sliding glass door allow tons of natural light to fill the kitchen each day.

Powder Room Addition: Overlook Drive

Feb 2015

This classic bathroom packs a lot of style into one small space! It's hard to decide where your eye goes first; to the crisp wainscoting outlining the room, or the graphic floor tile, which just happens to be the inspiration for the entire space. A couple amenities that make this bathroom even more luxurious are the window with privacy glass and the radiant floor heating.

Pius Street Renovation

Jul 2014

This apartment received a complete overhaul. Speaking aesthetically, old plaster was removed and new drywall and paint were applied in each room. The original flooring was restored and refinished. A rooftop deck has been installed. Apart from the look of the unit it was also completely streamlined. Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical were all updated as well as newer more efficient windows. The fireplace has been equipped with a gas line and the original brickwork has all been sealed. The style in these photos may be minimal but the workmanship is of the highest quality.

2nd Floor Addition: Sarah Street

Jun 2014

What was once a commercial space, is now a gorgeous, modern addition complete with an open floor plan and high ceilings. With ample counter and storage space, this kitchen/dining area can be converted into a full kitchen with ease. The most unique features reside in the adjoining "His & Hers" bathrooms. His has a urinal, while hers has a ceiling tub filler. The master bedroom received a face-lift with the addition of a beautiful balcony complete with double doors, windows, and the opportunity to receive ample amounts of daylight. The best part? There is a 3rd phase set to take place in the future! A deck will be placed off of the kitchen, giving residents and guests even more opportunity to take advantage of the outdoors.
