Sadly just the worst. Tyler Mountain Water no longer cares about their customers. If you are looking for a water service provider for your business or home, Tyler isn't it. They have no sense of caring about customer needs. Aqua Filter Fresh bought Tyler from Pgh Water Cooler in 2018 and since then the service has been terrible, It's not a transitional thing - it's management - they do not care.
