Steve saved my bedroom carpet. I had used warm water in my Hoover shampooer several days earlier to freshen the off-white expensive Karastan's of traffic grime . All I managed to do was bring all that grime to the surface and make my white carpet ugly brown and splotchy. Steve came to the house and did a deep clean and voila! My bedroom carpet looks new again! It is bright and fresh and clean. His deep cleaning did wonders for the back room office cheap apartment-grade carpet that we and seven dogs have been abusing since we moved in 26 years ago. Office chairs rolling around, dogs coming in with us while we worked from home, both dog and human food falling to the floor their dirty feet, our dirty shoes made the carpet Filthy and Disgusting! AMAZING! THE OFFICE CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW!! What a terrific job! We've had other carpet cleaning companies come to the house over the years, but Steve's work actually made the carpets look GOOD!
