I was so hopeful. Being a fellow veteran, I wanted it to work great, and they started off well, but it also went down hill pretty fast. After he started, it took him over two weeks to finish, and he rescheduled several times, taking way too long to complete. I have some re-work due to not being done right at the beginning that they still need to do.. a fence that doesn't close. At the time of the job he said they needed to get paid to take care of bills and for their family, and went so far to ask if we could give cash or go to their bank with our check, which we did. We were young and have kids and know the challenges and were very flexible. Now that it is time to finish the job and complete the repairs that are out of code with our HOA, they are avoiding my calls, send me to voice mail, do not answer text. Brandon is overwhelmed and can not keep up and makes promises that he can't keep. He has left his wife in a predicament where she is afraid to answer calls because she can no longer commit to work as she is afraid he will not be able to deliver. She has even changed her voicemail to redirect all calls to Brandon's voice mail so she does not have to deal with the problems. Brandon is overcommitted and can't keep his promises. I am in violation of my HOA, and they have sent me certified letters and are about to fine me. Brandon promised to come out and fix the fence to code, and has not. He also had a friend help with some of the initial work which is extremely flawed and Brandon promised to come back and repair, but now that he has to pay for the boards needed for the repair and has to use his time, he has put us to the back of the list. If you use them (which I do not recommend), do not pay until 100% complete, otherwise only pay 50% and the remainder upon complete satisfaction and never expect to see them back for repairs or promises.. or warranty work

Fenceworks does amazing work and their customer service is impeccable!!! Before we had a old fence that was quite the eyesore... We now have a beautiful 8ft board on board fence that is the talk of the neighborhood!! My husband and I get so much more use of our backyard!! I highly recommend them!!!

AMAZING work! Customer service is excellent and they are very friendly and easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our new fence. We highly recommend using them!
