Raul's Concrete Stain

Raul seems like a good guy who may have done his best work at my house. My wife and I are very displeased with the final product of 600 square feet of stained concrete. I take no pleasure in leaving a negative review, but I hope to prevent the stress and financial burden I've experienced for the person reading this review. Biggest issue: the concrete doesn't look good in any room or hallway. Pics: http://imgur.com/a/xj1Qp Left walls dirty about 2ft up, floorboards stained; all needing new paint. Accepted full payment before work was done(my fault... I've learned). Ignored calls, voicemails, texts, emails asking for advice, help, or anything to help fix the work. I have each email, text, call, and voicemail saved as a reference. Raul responded twice saying he was asking his trainer for help, but never delivered on a solution. I'm now paying another company to remove what was done to do a better job. I will post pictures of the new floors asap for comparison.
