A salesman came to my door who was very likable and persuasive. I signed up for pest control. They captured my credit card for auto pay. They did their first service and 3-4 days later I have ants on my counter tops. I called the technician, company and salesman. said to wait 90 days when they would be back out. 8 days later I’m seeing an army of ants across my kitchen cabinets. The salesman who said I could call anytime number is not a working number. I can only get a csr customer service rep she is nice face of the company but I don’t have a good feeling about this as I’ve seen multiple negative reviews

Terrible company!!!!!!!!!!! We got signed up for the service but we never signed or agreed for yearly service, nor we were ever told about cancellation fees. This company is incompetent, dishonest, and very poor in management. They could never coordinate an appointment. They show up randomly without giving a call. Once we were not home and said that they sprayed outside and charged my card. How can this company come and do anything on my property without my permission?! Numerous times we told them about appointments and notice calls, and none were addressed properly. After these problems, we said that we don't want their service anymore but they said there will be cancellation fees. What cancelation fees? For something that I have never signed up for. Today I got the bill for $233 cancelation fees. This is just extortion. After that, they came at least 3 times and tried to do the service again. Although I told them: "I don't need this kind of service" Horrible experience. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I would not suggest them for anyone. I hired them because we had an ant problem at our previous home. They came along and knocked on our door one afternoon, so we agreed to let them treat the issue. After their second treatment, the ants that were previously outside our home began swarming inside our home. They were in our closets and our cabinets. They were all over our clothes, food and dishes. We called them to let them know there was an issue. They came back out and sprayed again but that didn't do anything. The ants continued to swarm our home. My wife was eventually bitten on the eye by an ant. Her eye was swollen for a week due to the reaction to the ant bite. It required her spending over $300 to go to the ER to get Benadryl due to the allergic reaction. When I told Precision Pest Management about the issues and that I was no longer willing to use their services because of the continued adverse issues. They said they would still charge me a cancellation fee despite the fact their product not only did not work but made the situation work. They charged my credit card despite the fact that I told them they were not authorized to do so. This company is nothing but a but a bunch of crooks. They don't care about their clients and that is painfully apparent by the way they proceed.
