Thats 6 months. Still he didnt connect the heater and promised yearly maintenance contract but never showed up once to clean the pool. Basically he subs all his work and he was completely off in his estimations and work. His sub crews never showed up on time and if they did they would run away in a couple of hours. He pulled up the permit from the city with an electrician name on it Joe. But did all the work himself which was crappy and not good. Joe complained to the city and now the city is after him. His subs were not paid and one of them told me that he has filed bankruptcy and changed names 4 different times. His language is foul and very upsetting. I tolerated it since i wanted work done but i dont care anymore. He has no sense of remorse or sorry in him. I knew he fucked it up by the time gunite happened because he had completelt underestimated the excavation and gunite quantity. Even then he never came to me once to say”hey man i fucked up and can we look at the numbers again.” Instead his excuse of not showing up or his crew was we are busy with another client. Long story short he is not someone you want to trust with something like a pool building since he is going to turn that experience into a sour one for you. I just cant explain the pain, stress and anguish this guy has given to me. He is a horrible person
