Carolyn Conrey, a licensed Broker and Realtor®, began her real estate career in 1979 leasing, managing and selling new & pre-owned residential properties in Houston, Texas. Winning numerous awards in new home sales, she became General Sales Manager for Newmark Homes in 1989. Relocating to the Dallas, she continued & expanded a career in residential home sales field by opening New Home Hunters, Realtors® in February 1992 to assist & represent buyers in their pursuit & purchase of their new or pre-owned residence. In the past 25 years, Carolyn has achieved many educational designations such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and is a Graduate from the Real Estate Institute (GRI) while running day to day operations of a real estate office. Currently practicing sales & management of residential properties in Collin, Denton & Dallas Counties, maintaining membership in the Collin County Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) as well as managing a team of professional sales associates along with the day to day operations of a successful Realty office. Carolyn Conrey has successfully represented hundreds of buyers totaling millions of dollars in home sales & purchase transactions while building a stellar reputation for outstanding service, knowledge & integrity. Less than 4% of Licensed Realtors earn the CRS designation, which requires experience, strong ethics, knowledge of real estate technology, and rigorous education requirements, of these elite, Carolyn is recognized as the 2010 Texas Lone Star Chapter CRS of the year.
