On September 5th Jeff came out to fix a leak in my roof around the fireplace. In addition to fixing the obvious shingles and flashing there, he suggested that I might have a problem with the mortar in the chimney. He found several areas where the mortar was missing and caulked them up. He checked my roof and found several areas that were damaged by hail. I called the insurance company, and he met the insurance adjuster a week later. After Jeff showed him the damage, the insurance company agreed to replace the roof. Jeff gave us suggestions for the best type of roof and helped up pick out a color that looks good with the color of our house. Jeff also helped us with replacing the gutter. We had a new roof and gutter by the end of the month. We are very pleased with the results.
