Cenovio & crew did an excellent job, we went over what we wanted, especially a Zero Entry Shower, and everything was completed as expected. Cenovio is a top notch contractor, he & his crew are very clean. Everyday they laid protective cloths along the travel path from the door to the bathroom. At the end of everyday they swept & cleaned. Of course there was a hiccup, when our new vanity was delivered, it was not correct, to keep the timeline going, Cenovio made the correction. We interviewed 3 contractors for our job & Cenovio was the only one who said he would do what we wanted, the others told us what they were going to do.

I accepted the bid from Cenovio at Project Villa LLC for the demolition and remodeling of both of my bathrooms. On July 1st, we agreed upon a project schedule of dates and times and what would be completed when. On Monday the 6th they were there promptly at 9am and when I arrived home from work at 5pm, they had completed everything we had agreed upon. They worked around other contractors in my home doing other projects and they finished the bathrooms on the date we agreed upon. The bathrooms are gorgeous, Cenovio communicated with me via text and phone when necessary and their crew was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional work done in their home.

Project Villa installed a new water heater. The workmen were very professional, introduced themselves, explained exactly what they were going to do and completed the work in short order. Was extremely satisfied.

From start to finish these were exceptional professionals. Project Villa exceeded all expectations in quality of work, communication, respect for my home, and going above and beyond on the project. Removal of ceiling popcorn and resurfacing the ceiling is messy and tedious work. The completed project looked fabulous and the condo was left cleaner than they found it. Their crew was smart, prompt, willing to explain any questions I had, and they were never without a smile! They did a lovely remodel of a neighbor’s bathroom and now both of us are smiling too.
