I know the group cares nothing about the landscaping of certain elderly communities. Look at the one in Oakland Estates. Terrible. So what does HOA cover? Not the closed clubhouse that looks like it has been hit by COVID-19. And they don't care about veterans. They take a long time to get back to you. Cash Rules Everything About M (C.R.E.A.M)

Disappointment. The parking lot is too small for the whole building and the cars enter blocking the assigned stalls, the door remains open 24 hours and the homeless people who live in front of the building enter, the cameras do not work, they do not bring all the equipment they offer, the manager is not responsible for any problems within the building (Melissa) The Cream Group
