Odd Job Larry remodeling a portion of our basement and added an office and another bedroom. It was well done and fair in price compared to others. We use those rooms everyday!
Quoted home job @ 5hrs., Handy man showed up @ 8:30 and was finished by 10:00 a.m., but still charged me $80/hr for $450.00 !!! That rate is $300 an HOUR!!!
