Rolando gave me a bid to renovate one of my properties. He was very nice up front with many promises of good work. I gave him a down payment promptly. The job was supposed to take a couple of weeks. Two months later he is still a long way from being done. The workmanship is some of the worst I have ever seen. He finally left without finishing....taking part of my money. Be careful of his fast talking promises. If you want to see pictures of his work before you hire him...get in touch with me. I would never use this contractor again...it was a very bad experience.
