About Renaissance Roofing Inc.
We have been family owned and operated for almost 20 years in Canton. Our belief is that "it takes more than shingles to make a roof." We have our own manufacturer certified employees. Renaissance Roofing, Inc. strongly recommends a complete attic inspection prior to a new roof installation. Attic Ventilation and Insulation are the most important, yet often neglected, issues affecting our homes' well-being. It is estimated that 9 out of 10 homes in North America lack proper attic ventilation. Most homes in Michigan, both new and old, fall short on the Department of Energy's minimum insulation recommendations of R49 for attic application. Renaissance Roofing, Inc. will assist homeowners with their options to correct attic ventilation and insulation issues. We're also 1 of 7 contractors in Michigan who were awarded GAF's highest honor, the President's Club, in 2012, 2013 & 2014.
