Zero stars. I would not recommend Cherry Hill/ Aspect to anyone. I own 2 homes and hired them to manage my 2 properties. It has been, BY FAR, my worst business experience ever.

* I've lived in this apartment for well over a decade and welcome the professionalism that Aspect Properties bring. To have someone like Lisa, Shannon and Andrea respond quickly to a maintenance request or concern is a welcome change from what I had suffered through in past. I appreciate that Aspect Properties understands that these are our homes and we take pride in where we live. Thank you guys!
