A split from its parent company Mares Exterminating, Mares Contracting was formed through our commitment to the customer. The contracting services began as a small part of the company, primarily addressing wood rot and substructure repair for our customers. Over time the contracting division has evolved into a full service company, providing solutions for all aspects of residential remodeling and construction. From minor repairs to complete remodels we have done it all. We are a Class A Contractor and EPA certified so we are on top of the changing codes and restrictions. Our lead foremen have a combined 35 years of experience in the home improvement industry. We are also a smaller company so you will benefit from an intimate experience with our committed team.
