Mr. Lee has been a blessing to our yard. Yes, we did the "large cleanup" he offered in the spring... it has never looked so good! He weeded and raked areas I didn't even know existed because they were so overgrown. He trimmed everything to look manicured. Yes, he shows up really early, and yes he smokes in the yard. But he's a sweet older man with workers that kick butt. I highly recommend him.

If it were possible to give them LESS than 1 star, I would!! Yes, Mr. Lee responded "quickly". In fact, he showed up earlier than expected. Fortunately, I took off early from work to meet him at my home for an "estimate", or he would have found no one home, despite my having told him after 3:00pm. He looked around..."big yard!". Yes, it is a big yard, but not so big that my previous lawn maintenance folks could do it in less than 20 minutes. I asked him for weekly service. His quote was $300...$100 per month higher than I have been paying. But, I was so annoyed with my previous service, that I was willing to consider the increase. Because, "We're professional!", or so their advertising information says! And I need someone reliable, but reasonable. Because it's August and the lawn is not growing much (We don't water it in the summer. Too expensive!) so, we negotiated, and both agreed with a handshake, that he would do "every OTHER week", for $150 per month. He said he would come back the following week, on "Thursday or Friday". Ok, I thought. Sounds good!! Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday...and a whole week more, comes and goes! Noone EVER showed up! No one ever called. I called him, after waiting two whole weeks. "Oh, we'll be there TODAY!", Mr. Lee assured me! Great, I said! But he never showed up, never called, and now the lawn looks terrible! He wanted me to pay $2500, to do a "general clean up". And yes, there are some areas that could use that. But it's not dire, and it's not something I can do right now. Which I explained, to Mr. Lee. Besides, I have had continuous lawn service for the last 10 years. There is NOT THAT MUCH that needs cleaning up! And, I told him we "may" schedule that work in, at some point in the future. But not now. He agreed, but then, never showed up!! Clearly, In my opinion, Mr. Lee and company are not "Professional", after all. To be "professional" you keep your word, you honor your contract, even if it is on a "handshake", you communicate with your customers, and don't just rudely walk away if you're not going to get that little "start-up payment". Apparently, if you don't give him the $2500 start-up payment, and agree to a $300 a month weekly service, even though they offer "Maintenance Packages Available: Weekly, Very Two Weeks, Monthly". In reality these other options are not really of interest, or even available. Clearly Mr. Lee is NOT INTERESTED, in that case. The guy is a BUM!!! Don't waste your time!! Call my OLD lawn service guys! At least they came, and did what they were paid to do!! Extremely annoyed, and frustrated!

I highly recommend. Great knowledge of garden design. Professional and pleasant. A wonderfully efficient and hard working team of individuals. Very pleased with yard improvement results!
