AAA Accent Garage Doors

Accent Garage Doors looks like your good ole' boy business until you try to use their discount coupon. They quoted $195 for spring installation, which with their 15% discount met my previous quote of $165 for the same job from a company that was busy and would be delayed. I felt that was the going rate and so cancelled the previous call in order to get Accent out within the hour. Everything went okay until I presented the coupon and "Bob" exclaims " that was already calculated in the quote. I have used coupons all of my life and never heard that ruse. In fact, upon checking, the BBB has questioned their coupons: "On November 7, 2013, BBB reviewed the advertising of AAA Accent Garage Doors located garagedoorrepairmartinfl. The company was making claims of "Accent Garage Doors is the premier sales, service, and installation provider on the Treasure Coast." BBB had requested that they either substantiate their claim & provide BBB supporting documentation or to modify their advertising statements to reflect more accurate statements in an effort to promote truth in advertising. Additionally, BBB requested that they add expiration dates to all coupons on their website. As of November 26, 2013 they have not responded to BBB or modified their advertising." Don't be a Rube, stay clear of Accent Garage Doors. It cost me $30 for this lesson.
