I feel very fortunate to have found Steve. It just kind of happened. I interviewed more than a half dozen other realtors, but when I found Steve, it was an instant connection and I knew he was the one. As a first time homebuyer, the whole process from lending to closing was lengthy and seemingly overwhelming at times. The only things that went perfectly smoothly were those things that our realtor Steve covered (and then some).. because he went well out of his way (I know he did this for me on a handful of occasions) and even worked outside his service area to help us get into our home. He is a master at his work, so knowledgeable, so resourceful, SOO patient and was a true advocate for our family through every step, from searching, to inspection to closing and everything in between, Steve had our back and I know he helped put is in a home that was right for us, by our choice, with absolutely NO pressure from his end. I think this is one of the major reasons I decided to move forward with building a relationship with Steve. He made me feel comfortable, and with as much as there is to do from beginning to end in getting into a home, Steve was that one relaxing break face to face, where he was simultaneously working super hard in the background making every piece fit perfectly. I am so grateful, so grateful. Words can't even express. If I do buy another home (or sell this one at sometime in the future), I wouldn't contact anyone else. I know that anytime in the future if the conversation Ever comes up with someone looking for a realtor, I would jump at the chance to direct them to Steve because I know he would take such good care of them as he did with me and my family, and for this, we feel lucky.
