About Creative Home Solutions
Hi everybody! My name is Joshua Castleberry, a second-generation construction/home-remodeler, I moved to Beautiful Norther Az.,to be near to extended family in 1994. Now after my last (20) years of intermittent-apprenticing with my Father and his crews, at "Castle Builders", in the Austin, Texas region during my summers, I decided in 2011, to commit to build 'Creative Home Solutions', my service you found here! 'CHS', offers most all 'handy-man' based repairs, through remodels, *custom int./ext. painting and decking/*finish carpentry and flooring (tile, pergo-floating floors). I also complete electrical, structural and plumbing repairs as well as many simple-fix's around the house as necessary.

We needed to have some molding put up in our garage, some dry wall repairs and then painted. Josh did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him on future projects.

  | 210 Alarcon Historical Home Remodel | Nov 2015 | Flood damage remediation and 'era-specific' materials matched and re-furnished to match historical motif. The (water damaged-) previous laminate floor was removed to find a surprising 1895 tongue and groove spruce floor, over the sub floor...SAVED!-reseald clear satin finish to bring out the beautiful tones in this old floor. -Bathroom walk-in shower surround laminate was removed as well as the step into shower rebuilt and "Redguard" sealed-as shown, then...classical turn of the century 'subway tile' installed-as shown, with soap dishes and corner shelving (tile). This was a bit lengthy in timing of water damage/drying time/re-sealing time, and actual install to the completion, fortunately no tenant was in lease at the time...
