  | Bonnet Shores Beach House Roof | Oct 2014 | Built in 1960 as a beach house in a summer community, this coastal three-season cottage eventually became a year-round home for the long-time owners. Minimal upgrades had been invested in the house, and most of the original materials were still in use when it was bought by the current owners in late 2013. The final product is a completely upgraded home -- new roofing, siding, windows & trim, but the look from the street is still a small cottage/cape, which is exactly what the new owners wanted to maintain. | $350k | Narragansett, RI |
