Faustin's Carpet Cleaning

We had water in our basement and used Faustin’s to do the cleanup. He had to remove the carpet pad and got all the water removed. He said once we have the pad replaced and the carpet repaired that he would come back and clean the carpet for free. This was included in the $1600 we paid him for the cleanup initially. Once we had the carpet and pad fixed we called him to schedule the free cleaning and he refused to honor the deal. That says a lot about his integrity!
