Was hoping to find other reviews from those who have used this service, but none have been posted. Was wondering if others have had the same experience I had. I had them come in prior to a move, there was nothing here to clean, just basically a complete wipe down. Only spoke on the phone thinking I found someone reliable, little did I know I didn't. When arrived found many things not wiped down, dust covering ceiling fans, once in the area I had been made aware from other in the area I was way over charged. So was not very happy. Did try calling several times along with many text messages to get absolutely no reply to any. Had expressed my concern of what wasn't done here, in my text and voice messages and very surprised I never got a reply. they were let in and left with no one here being the place was empty. It has now been a few months I am in the area and the more people I mention this to, and what I was charged I am told the price was way out of line, and to find so many things that looked like they were never cleaned, so not sure what was done for the amount of time they were here. Had to have someone come to wipe things down, and dust ceiling fans, since I can't do it which is why I had someone come in prior to move. If looking for someone who cares about what they do, fair priced personally I would go elsewhere. It is more disturbing to get absolutely no reply to so many messages over probably a 2 month period of time. At this point don't care to have any contact with them, if needing someone to come in and they were the only ones I would rather have no one come in, then to pay a high price to see so much that was never cleaned when the place was empty.
