I hired this company to do a total cleaning of my house as I was moving in. I spefically requested the tile floors be cleaned with lime away as there had been some construction work done in the house and I had painting done as well. I was told they would send at least two people and it would take all day. On the scheduled day, one girl arrived two hours after the scheduled time. She was clearly overwhelmed by the size of the job. In fairness she did the best she could, but many thongs, insides of drawers and cabinets were left undone. She did not have the correct cleaners for the floor and I had to hire someone else at a later date. This company might be okay for regular house or office cleaning but do not use them if you have serious ckeaning to do.

Contracted to remove popcorn ceiling and retexture/paint. The "5-7 day job" took 2 weeks and now, over a month later, is still not complete. Ceilings are uneven in texture w spots and roller marks. Company did send a cleaner out. She was very apologetic that she was a housecleaner only and not qualified to remove paint/texture from the doors, baseboard, windows, walls, rugs, tile, leather furniture, bedroom furniture etc. Not only will I need to pay to have ceiling properly done but also have the expense of furniture etc cleaning. This horible experience will likely cost me double the money I already threw away with this company to try to repair the damage.
