911 Home Improvement run by local fireman Gary Williams Lic # GWILLC*990BU is a disaster. Hired them to paint our house. Painters told us management told them that they needed to be finished in about half the time painters estimated it would take. Painters were also told to skip prep steps including "don't sand anything". Painters feel terrible about this but are being pressured by management. If you consider using this company know that they will come at you with a trust us attitude and then will steamroll their agenda which will not leave you with a pretty finished product. Or maybe no finished job at all as was our case. I'm surprised I didn't see more awful reviews like this one already posted.
