Working with Mike was a huge mistake. He backed out of selling our home 1 day before it was supposed to go live. He made several commitments that he didnt meet, he failed to mention a couple of major elements of my home on the input paperwork (which I happened to catch), he didnt communicate with my husband AT ALL throughout the entire process! The photos that were taken of my home were cartoony and overly photoshopped. I wasted hundreds of dollars trying to secure a rental all for him to pull the plug. I am beyound furious. Steer clear of this guy; he was working with 9 other clients and his greed showed as he could not follow through. What a tremendous waste of my time and money!
