Floor repairs, installations, old floor removal, small repairs whenever possible. First quality prefinished products preferred. Owner has many years experience working for other high end flooring contractors. Start to finish employee. Much refinishing experience, however I do not refinish anymore. I do sand and refinish stairs and repairs I do. Most stairs receive water base product, no lacquer ever. Oil modified eurethane is used to match old to new on repairs. I have a very good working knowledge of other trades as they adjoin to the floors.
