J&S cleaned all the carpets in our house and most turned out fine. But they ruined the carpet on our stairs. Left them soaking wet, through to the wood, put new yellow stains on each step, and a day and a half later, the steps smelled like something had died in the house. I sent pictures of the damage, but they did not return phone calls after that. If someone comes into my house to clean something, but leaves it much worse than before, they should fix it.
