We engaged Corbett Design Build January 2020 to see if we should add on to our house or move to a new location. After talking with Mr. Corbett, we decided to move and were committed to his company. Months later, we paid $3000 for a pre-construction agreement (we had not yet received) and did so in good faith. When we had a need, Corbett refused to complete the work, thereby forcing us to find another contractor to complete the work. We are owed our $3000 for breach of pre-construction agreement. This is about a service we paid for and their refusal to perform that service.
